Harpers Bizzarre notes that high buns are out while low buns are in. This year is all about creating glam simply and easily in your own home. Whether you prefer messy knots or meticulous twists, just remember to keep your bun low.

This sophisticated bun may look difficult, but it’s not. Here’s how to conquer this gorgeous look in 5 steps.

Start with your hair down, and make sure it’s dry. To keep the hair around your face frizz-free, brush each section of hair back with a glossing cream like Nevo Model Behavior Styling Crème. If you want to frame your face with a few pieces, leave those sections in the front.
Use section clips to keep each side of your head smooth. Then comb your hair back, and secure your low ponytail with an elastic band.
